I sent my resume through e-mail and contacted me two weeks later. It was a standard interview, since they don't have a defined recruiting procedure. They looked at my resume and asked me question like: Do you know use pliers, hex keys?, Do you know solder?, and another basic technical questions, then they told me they will call. 1 week later they called and make the offer.
