Invited through a phone call by their HR, and interviewed by their team leader or manager. After the interview, around 5 pm, I received a text regarding the result of my interview. No exam, and only one interview from the team leader. I think it depends on the team.
Was quick, just a get to know to see if you were fit for the culture within the company. No fuss and interviewer was on time, also made the interview light so you won't feel any pressure to perform, but of course expect some level of competency.
Really light, the HR was very nice. Just normal questions about yourself and what you can contribute to the company. The orientation will also give you an idea as to how things work in SM, what your role is as an intern.
