Extremely unprofessional organisation. I applied through the career section of their website. The HR/ Recruiting Manager scheduled a time for a conversation. It was supposed to be a meeting on Zoom. On the scheduled time I dialed-in and waited the entire duration for them to join the web conference, but the Head never joined the call. I did not receive any communication from the coordinator either (I sent her an email asking if there was an issue but she never bothered to respond). What a terrible, and unprofessional organisation culture. It is a harassment. It is a sheer waste of my time and effort. When an organisation does not have the slightest professional courtesy, it tells a story about its culture and attitude. Advice to the future candidates - probably you should stay miles away from this company.
