SMBC Aviation Capital followed a pretty basic and straightforward application process. It started with the submission of CV followed by competency tests and then a virtual video interview where you had to submit pre-recorded answers.

The simulated aptitude test was an overloading email box which you had to work through. Then you had a group interview and individual interview. I found the group interview good, where you had to work as a team to come to a conclusion. The individual interview was tougher.
