I had a first interview with the company, interviewers were friendly and questions simple. I received positive feedback and that I would be hearing soon about next steps. The recruiter, a person from the agency Sphere, disappeared, refusing to answer calls, emails and voicemails. To this day I have no clue about what happened.

Tell me of a time when a client was unhappy about the campaigns performance.
Easy in the beginning, then it turned to total caos. After completing the task interview and receiving positive feedback, the recruiter from Sphere (seconded from Sphere) went in total radio silence, refusing to answer phone calls or emails. Totally ghosted. She left me with "I'm going to find out about next steps" and then ghosted me.

I only got to one stage but was rejected cause my notice period was too long for them and they wanted an immediate starter. Although the job ad is still live to this day so I don't think they are really looking.
