Very casual, went in for two interviews. Just asked basic questions about you/past experience and described what the job would entail. Once getting the job the training was very helpful which insured a smooth transition

They interview you at least twice and make it seem like they’re taking a real chance hiring you but they’ll hire anyone they just need bodies to cold call
