I was referred to by a friend. I came in and dropped off my resume and they interviewed me on the spot. I was later called and told that I got the job. Easy going interview. There was a skills test they make you do before you interview. It's part of the application.

Why do you want to work here? What did you do at your previous job? Why are you leaving your current job? How would you be fit for this role/what makes you an ideal candidate?
The interview was a general interview which was very easy. They would hire you if you had good communication skills. They ask the candidates to complete a general test including language, math, behavioral and general knowledge questions. Since there were many internationals working at the company, they carefully checked the legal eligibility to work in Canada.
