You were asked about how skills on your resume apply to the job you are applying for. I met numerous people in the office, all were friendly but professional.

More like a get to know you interview. Simple question geared towards customer service. The interview only lasted about 20-30 minutes. Business casual attire, you do not have to dress up in a suite. It was a more relaxed environment, but serious about what needs to be done on the job and how things needed to be done.
