      Interview process at Shraddhra Nikhil Industrial Consultancy was like they are desperate to hire....After entering the organisation i saw every 2 or 3 weeks people quitting..... Later they pushed my for signing a Bond for 2 years.....My life after interview has been a living hell everyday

We requested Glass door many times to remove this post because it has inappropriately stated facts. Our response here is due to the inaction of glass door to follow their own guidelines and to ensure that new viewers are not biased looking at this post. We would like to state that our legal name is "SN Industrial Consultants" and not the one you have mentioned in your post. Gartner here has mentioned the relationship of supply chain to planning in this link https://www.gartner.com/it-glossary/scp-supply-chain-planning/ for everyone's reference. Every Organization has to improve and we do agree that attrition is high in our industry and we being a small business, it is even more because we have the additional effect of many employees using a niche consulting firm like ours as a launchpad. We are however working on ensuring that we can create more reasons for our people to stay with us support our mission of creating more jobs in the country. We trust everyone reading this post will understand the true intentions of the person who has written this post and take appropriate judgement.
