Interview took 1.5 months, including having me drive to the site. Sofie uses a 3rd party recruiter that will tell you everything you want to hear. Unfortunately, an onsite interview revealed the exact opposite. A Monday-Friday salary shift was actually a Sunday-Thursday night shift with on call and Saturdays...with no overtime pay. Recruiter promised yearly raises, but a 14 year veteran told me he only received a single review and raise one time - 3 years ago. Recruiter had 3 different people call me, trying to convince me to take the position, but would not give me a written offer. When I asked for the hours to be included on the offer along with a yearly review, there was a drastic change in tone from the recruitment company. Fortunately, I was weighing this option against another and Jessica from clinlabstaffing.com promised me an update by yesterday afternoon. She even made me email her to have in writing that I could work weekends (after refusing to put anything in writing for me). After attempting to call and text her, she finally sent me a text at 6 pm on a Friday telling me that they had moved forward with another candidate.
