My personal experience of the interview process was very traumatizing. I had never been so disappointed in my life about an interview especially knowing that I deserved the position. An interview is suppose to be about the skills I possess, how I can bring value to the company and my work ethics to succeed in completing my job’s duties, not about what I can’t remember. The job description didn’t say anything about having good memory about where your previous company procured their equipment from so you can add them to your list of options for your projects. I honestly believe that for the first time in my life I encountered being discriminated against.
