The interview process was basically applied a technical test already in the beginning with some questions of the development area in JAVA and after the test, we did an interview about my experiences together with a senior official and a technology manager. They asked about some important project that I had already participated in and how I learned it in this case. If I had faced any major problems in some work / project with my previous team and what was the solution found for this problem. The conversation was quiet and the return was faster than expected.
