Terrible and extremely unprofessional. I was told to take a personality/skills test that took an hour of my time, and then I would receive a phone screen. Interviewer could not be bothered to even check that my test had been finished, I had to tell them that my test had already been finished and ask them why they didnt call me. They promised to call 2 more times, giving me a 6 hour time window in which they were supposed to call. They never called both times. Highly unprofessional, failed to call me 3 times after they were supposed to call. I could not even call the interviewer myself, as they had an international number that my phone company would not let me call.
