It was a multi-tiered process. I had to pass the first interview, in order to qualify for the 2nd. It took me about 3 weeks to get completely hired in. They required a drug test as well.

I could barely understand the lady who called me. She wouldn't answer any of my questions she just kept saying "please hold that question for phase 2. I'm just phase 1." I had to ask her to repeat herself to me several times. I googled the company afterwards and just felt unsure, so I chose not to go through phase 2.
