I dodged a bullet. I applied for the job on LinkedIn and received an email from HR to connect. I provided my availability and received a response with a link to the video interview. When I joined, the HR contact was not on. Instead, it was two employees. I had no idea who they were. I thought the initial screener was with HR. It did not say anything about these two employees in the email or the calendar invite. I didn’t say anything to the employees. The employees grilled me. They had their questions written out and did not ask any questions based on my responses. This is likely a prequel to what it’s like to work there.
