There were a total of 3 rounds of behavioral with an assessment in between. Very positive and efficient process, and received feedback on my interview performance in the end. Spoke with members of the team at various levels, all were extremely smart, friendly, and wanted to know you for who you are.
The process with SPMB was a mix of behavioral and technical interview. Primarily a conversation on how my strengths and past work experience would apply in the executive search field. Positive overall process.

The last step was a case study exercise that lasted less than an hour.
