After applying for the internship by email, I got a fast reply of my future company supervisor, who invited me for a one on one discussion at the office in Eindhoven. When I arrived at the office, the interview started with a coffee. The questions were more about my personality than my skills. This has been the most important part for me, since this is not common in todays business world. At the end of the interview there were some questions about my business career as well. I got the immediate answer if i would be hired or not. It was positive :)
