I applied for the position and received an email to schedule an interview by clicking on a Calendly link. The interviewer was a no show and didn't respond to an email follow up.

Applied online, received email for phone screen. Had the phone screen and was told the interview stage of process. The next stage would be an accounting/excel quiz, if passed, then hiring manager and panel interview. Didnt pass the test and did not move forward. I feel those quizzes do not test if you know the material or can, it only helps eliminate potential good candidates. I didnt do well at all.
