One of the worst candidate processes I have ever encountered. Job was posted and I was selected to screen for the position. Went through 2 additional rounds of interviews. Was told that the director wanted me to come in for another interview to "confirm my understanding" of the position requirements..... 3 weeks later. 3 weeks later I am told that they wanted to delay the in-person interview for an undetermined time period while they screen additional candidates. I looked on their site and my status was I was not selected to proceed.
If I was not the candidate they wanted to select they could have told me early and avoided wasting 2 months of my time. I was completely turned off by the companies hiring process and I hope future candidates are aware of their unprofessional practices.
