Initial phone screening with HR/Talent Acquisition. General resume and background questions.
In-person panel interview with audit team and HR representative. Each interviewer (5) had a predetermined question. Most questions were situational that required you to answer with specific examples from work experience. Ended with a more casual Q&A for general questions.
