They emailed me after they found my CV online. They are the parent company of Enterprise Control Systems (ECS) and do H.R for them. SPX Technologies arranged a short (Screen) phone call to see if it is worth attending the one to one interview at ECS. SPX passed on the details of the interview to ECS and they are happy to me to arrange the interview in person at ECS. I arrived at ECS in Wappenham, Northamptonshire UK which is in a middle of nowhere for a one to one interview. The interview also included a practical test which involves hand soldering of SMT components into circuit boards and hand crimping wires. When finished, the interviewer didn't look at my work and give feedback. He showed me around the company and showing the products they make. After the interview, he said he will get back to me on the following week. Unfortunately he never did, so I didn't get the job.
