I interviewed for the Rotational Engineering Leadership program. There were several multiple group-work interviews and two one-on-one interviews. After receiving a call from them three weeks after I was told I would have a decision, I was told I was not hired because I "lead too much," when interviewing for a leadership position, and that they felt I "would not be happy in a manufacturing environment," after saying repeatedly throughout the process that I was eager to be in manufacturing. SRG Global refuses to hire diversity, and would rather stay behind their competitors by refusing to hire qualified females. Ultimately, this company will suffer and it is disappointing they have decided to choose antiquated business practices instead of moving into modern, successful business practices.

Put in groups and asked to complete tasks. One was being managers within a department store. Another was being on a scholarship committee and deciding where to appropriate money. The only engineering exercise was being given different pieces and asked to assemble a child's toy and a bridge to put it over a river.

After interviewing in person at my college campus I went to their HQ in Michigan for an assessment center. There were both individual and group tasks. A lot of networking and presentations too. Overall really good experience and great people.

The interview was very relaxed. It took about 30 minutes and the interviewer left some time for questions at the end. They had a list of questions to ask, mostly behavioral/ about past experiences.
