It consists of writing a Cover Letter and submitting that with your CV. You'll receive an informational/introductory phone interview and if they like you, you will take part in a formal interview. Usually, they will let you know pretty quickly whether you were successful or not.

Telephone interview first, if successful this followed an in person 5 min presentation at there London Office in near oxford street followed by general interview styled questions regarding cv and the presentation. Was very chill and friendly.
