Talk and panel interview and a lot of discussions on things that were irrelevant to research because an expert in subject x was interviewing subject expert on y and both were not related in any way ( 2 subjects)

good, external were from high level academic background. on time no delay. hr not professional. behaviour of hr was bad. HR department called on evening for next day interview. time not flexible.
