There was an asessment online for the first part. they move you on to the second interview ( phone call) based off your answers on their tests. Phone interview: you call at a specific time and wait in a que. when they answer they ask you a few basic questions about availability and scheduling. Then they proceed to the next part of the call asking " what would we be missing out at SRP if we didnt hire you" after that question they ask " tell me a time where youve had to learn to make a change in a career or life" shortly after they end the call. (some say they schedule you for step 3 of the interview on the phone and some say they will reach out to you within a week) I dont know whats true or not. part 3 of the interview is basically speed dating interviews. you get a limited time with an interviewer and they ask a question. you then get your answer out and the move to the next person.
