Apply Online, process took three months. HR call (which no one else interviewing seemed to get). meeting with hiring manager, tech interview, sales interview. Subsequent scheduled interviews with CTO cancelled.

Applied the role online, a couple of weeks later talent acquisition team responded. Since the role is not based in US and the talent acquisition team was based in US, there was a lot of back and forth trying to organise a suitable time for interviews. Don't believe the talent acquisition team understood timezones as a lot of time (and lots of emails) was wasted trying to set up interviews that are 2 am in my time. Never spoke with talent acquisition on call or teleconference, always via email. Ended up with 3 interviews with people from different parts of the organisation. While I felt the interview with the hiring manager and a member of the product team went well. The last interview with someone in sales was very uncomfortable with a lot of questions about my cultural background and gender. A lot of radio silence between communications and interviews. The whole process took 3+ months, rejection email at the end.
