Due to COVID19 primary interview was conducted in a video format. It was super easy and took about 15 minutes. The secondary interview was with Phil, the CEO of SSM Direct. It was very friendly and laid back.

The interview was Quick and easy, but most of all very personable. The person who interviewed me took the time to get to know me. We talked about sports for a while, and then he asked me a few situational questions to see if I was right for the position. Overall it was a professional and personable all at the same time. I felt relaxed and calm compared to most interviews I go on.
