Very challenging for such a normal position. I felt like I was well prepared for it but only because I was given a lot of advice beforehand. Definitely know why you want to work specifically for SSM Health. They are very focused on their mission. I.e why do you want to work as an operations coordinator for our health system vs. wherever. What makes you specifically want to work for SSM?
