Contacted for phone interview with recruiter two days after online application. Send in references. Didn't hear back for about two weeks then I was contacted to meet with nursing team leader. Interview was relatively easy, nothing too difficult. Asked to come back and shadow a few days later. Offered the jobs a few days later.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
