After submitting a resume, I received a phone call for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to submit an essay explaining how I exemplified the SSM values and 5 references. After that I received a phone call explaining that I had an in person interview. I scheduled that with the team leader on the floor. I went to that interview and three days later I received a call that I was being offered the internship and i accepted.

The interview process was very organized and it went very smooth. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. All of my questions were answered and I was given useful information about the hospital and about the job.

I completed an application followed by a video interview, a reference list, a phone interview, and an in-person interview. The phone interview was a time for me to ask questions and get them answered before doing my in person interview.
