Short, sweet, very laid back followed by short tour of department. Team leader asked about prior experience and talked about statistics of ER. After the interview, I was called when I got back to my car with a job offer.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
