I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then a web based reference check. After a month, I was scheduled for a face to face interview with the Hiring manager then a peer interview a few days after. I was offered the position 1 day after peer interview.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
