I applied online, and then I received an email from the recruiter, asking my availability for a phone interview. I set up a date/time to interview with her on the phone. Afterward, she set up an interview for the "Team Leader" aka manager to meet with me an ask questions. I was outof town, so we did it via skype. Later that afternoon, I got offered the job.

It was very easy and quick to obtain the interview. I liked how I was able to shadow afterwards on the floor I will be working. My interviewers were very friendly and I felt comfortable in my interview.

My interview process was thorough, convenient and fast. I was asked pertinent and job focused questions. The interviewers were professional and friendly. It was a smooth, easy process. I was given good directions on how to get to where I needed to be, and felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
