Had a 30 minute phone interview first with an HR rep. About a month later this was followed up with three hours of interviews with five different staff from SSM. It included interviews with the department senior executive, followed by interviews with three managers and the hiring director at the end. When scheduled I was informed of a schedule that would include only four people in the process.
