I applied online at the SSM Health Careers site and received an email within 2 days from a recruiter requesting a phone screen. I live out of town, so after the phone screen a Skype interview was set up with the hiring manager. I was offered the position at the end of the interview with the hiring manager. The entire process took about a week.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
