I completed a phone interview with an HR representative, and an in-person interview at the clinic with the manager and charge nurse. All my interviewers were kind, attentive to my answers to their questions and were helpful in increasing my understanding of the clinic. I sensed that the manager and charge nurse cared about hiring someone with a good fit to their work environment, and this helped me to confidently accept their offer of employment.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
