I was very disappointed with their process. I was emailed to schedule a phone interview (phone screen) with someone from HR. The interviewer was supposed to call me at the scheduled time, and she called 20 minutes late. She was very unprepared and practically reread the job posting to me and could not answer any of my questions or provide any more details about the position. A few days later I received an email asking for FIVE references to fill out a survey. I was then asked to come for an in person interview. I was relocating to the area from 4 hours away and had to drive. When I arrived at the interview the hiring manager/ interviewer told me that I was over qualified for the job and basically didn’t even consider me. I’m not sure why someone couldn’t have told me that before I drove four hours to and from for them. Frankly, I did not ever apply with them again. Wouldn’t want to work for a company that treats candidates that way.
