After applying I got an invitation for a phone interview with the HR recruiter. They were interested in me therefore I was invited to an in person interview with the hiring manager that was about half an hour to an hour long. It took about a week for them to get back to me about my status in which I was offered a position and accepted.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
