easy, recruiter did brief phone interview, 1 in person interview and called me to talk about the pay, I was able to negotiate maybe 2 thousand more, then was offered the job right away.

They ask you if you can do a ton of stuff that you will never do because they want to intimidate you a bit to see if you will cave:)
