After an initial phone interview with HR, I was contacted for an interview with the Nurse Manager and charge nurse for the unit I was applying for. I was asked a number of personality questions and "What did you do when..." type questions. Lasted about an hour and then I was given a tour around the unit.

It was very easy and quick to obtain the interview. I liked how I was able to shadow afterwards on the floor I will be working. My interviewers were very friendly and I felt comfortable in my interview.

My interview process was thorough, convenient and fast. I was asked pertinent and job focused questions. The interviewers were professional and friendly. It was a smooth, easy process. I was given good directions on how to get to where I needed to be, and felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
