The interview was mostly casual and felt mostly like an interview of why you want to work at SSOE specifically. They were very specific of wanting to hire people that were wanting to join the company and not just use it as a stepping stone. If your resume doesn't match with the type of work they do they will not likely want to hire you. (Ex. If you have spent a lot of time working with additive manufacturing and that is prominent on your resume, they will see how it does not relate to the work they do). If you want to work for SSOE it is about wanting to commit to the company
