Face to face interview with couple of so called techies and someone from the HR side. Most of their questions around how smart you are to hide your own and managers shortcomings and non-competence. Half of the questions were around the recruiter, How I knew them, had they ever got you a job and so on. They pretend they are best of their kind and try to impress you.
