There are different interview techniques to adopt and the style used at SSP is reflective of our culture which is informal. The team in which you were interviewing for has just had a significant amount of investment which resulted in a number of roles being available, which is why some of the people you were meeting were new to SSP. In addition we have made significant investment in our technology including an exciting new partnership with AWS. Our telephone briefing should cover all requirements for the role including on call.
