Laid back environment with 2 members of management to get to know you and talk about your interests. Then further interview with clinic director to see if you are a good fit for that individual environment.

The interview was very laid back and personal . It was more like a conversation - not a scare tactic. I enjoyed my interview process greatly and that they truly wanted to get to know me as a candidate. I am excited to begin this journey.
