You won't find much posted positions on their website that can provide you feedback about the position, thus there is no coaching to the interview, you get caught by surprise at a battery of questions from the panel interview, so if you are a fit then you are taken; otherwise, you don't get an offer. The panel pretty much is the entire upper management and they debate among themselves after the interview and decide within the day if you would or not be hired. Feedback is quick as opposed to waiting a month or weeks for a response. Starry really pushes for immediate response from the hiring management and they are good doing it.
