Interviewed with company president and human resource manager, which were both very nice to talk with during the interview. The president was a very busy person and happened to be in town during my interview.
Interview went great, but was never asked a formatted series of questions.
I was never asked about why I left my past employers.
They did not ask about my past employment in detail.
Education was discussed and my understanding of the job position and how I fit that role.
It was a very comfortable interview, then I was showed around the office after interview.
The problem: HR manager asked for references after interview via email and was slow to respond back, I had to contact her.
She verbally "promised" to let me know the status of the offer, but failed multiple times to give me a range of time of offer or even some notification.
Three weeks later, I saw this same position/title in a Temp. Agency posting. "I think" Steinel is unsure of it's future and not a stable company.
