The interview was about an hour long and consisted of some basic questions about yourself, word association, and a presentation. The interviewer would say a phrase and you would reply with a single word that came to your mind. Then, you had to give a presentation and pretend that it was in front of kids (which I definitely wasn't prepared for). I would expect after an interview like that I would hear back but they ghosted me. In addition, I had to wait about 15 minutes until the interview began. Clearly, they have no respect for their interviewee's time.
