I applied through the website and got a phone call to come in for an interview. I attended the first interview with a manager and supervisor. I was invited for coffee with the QC team I was applying for and for a second interview with several managers. I was then invited for a third interview with the CEO. The first two interviews were similar. The final interview was laid back and not many questions were asked. At this point you have the job but still come prepared!
