Initial interview was good and then there was suppose to be onsite the next week. The director never got back to the recruiter and then they lost track of who they were interviewing. After talking with the recruiting company they mentioned this was common with a specific director and he was not very organized. They mentioned he was not easy to work with so in the end annoyed time was wasted but glad I learned a bit about leadership before going any further with them.
