They will send an email and then follow up with call after response to email. Then they will invite you to an hour teams meetings with the manager. The meeting will be virtual, nothing is in person.

The "interview" was a 15 minute phone call with a recruiter that ultimately said "Since you do not have experience with Unions (even though she specifically said only a handful of employees were in a union) and you cannot commit to being onsite at 8am every day, this position isn't for you." Please note - I said the earliest I could be onsite EVERY DAY would be 8:30am. So, no experience with a union and a 30 minute difference is what disqualified me from this position. To anyone who would like to interview with this company, keep in mind if you don't check every one of their boxes you will not make it past the 15 minute call.
